He has grown up in the Moncton NB area with the family business working many different roles learning how a business functions. He has a Bachelor in Business with the majority of his career focused on growth and sales of the businesses. He recently returned from a 20 year stint in the United States as a Consultant as well as running and partnering in a second business while he was there. His time in the United States has helped him understand the differences in business methodologies of both Countries allowing him to choose the right methods for different situations.
