Prior to joining Sunbelt, Kelly accumulated over 25 years of experience working in the financial sector with small, medium and large sized businesses. His experience included new business start-ups, acquisitions, and expansions, with a specific focus on financing and cash management needs of the businesses. He has worked with business owners in virtually every industry including manufacturing, retail, services, trades, hospitality, construction and transportation. Kelly attended the Palliser Campus of the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies (SIAST), now known as SaskPolytech, where he completed the Business Administration program. Kelly has completed the Risk Management Association Course for Lenders, multiple leadership training programs, the ADKAR change management program and many Sales & Sales Management Courses. His expertise in analyzing financial statements, identifying & mitigating risk and structuring credit will be a great benefit to both buyers and sellers.

Kelly is excited to put this experience to work helping business owners successfully sell their business to the right buyer, and helping buyers acquire the right business.
