Warren joined Sunbelt Regina in Sep 2023. He started his career as a Financial Advisor working with customers managing and growing their wealth. He joined Colliers International in Feb 2014 and spent over a decade with that firm before moving onto other roles within the Real Estate Sector. Warren has a special interest in investment properties and land sales within the Regina area and surrounding markets. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing positions, Warren has developed an excellent business intuition that can be applied to commercial real estate transactions and to the sale of operating businesses. Warren's focus is on building a great relationship with all his clients, with a special emphasis on finding the right business for his customers. Warren has obtained a Chartered Financial Planning (CFP) designation from the Financial Planning Institute of Canada. He is working on his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. Warren is Commercial Real Estate Agent licensed by W Real Estate.
