This successful distribution business has a well established market with a distribution network of 150-170 retailers across Western Canada and into the NW US. The business has an excellent supplier group and the recent addition of some new additional suppliers and new innovative products will allow for future increased margins and profitability. The business has been a very small division of a much larger business, so this will be an asset sale of this part of the business only. The core business of the company is related, but has different products that are sold to a very different retail customer base & network, so ownership has decided to divest this part of the business to allow them to focus on their core clients and business. The current owners note that very little time or energy has been expended on this business line and it has been very much recurring business with little advertising or marketing, and still enjoyed great success.
