What We Do: We guide business owners to prepare their business for sale to achieve maximum value, beginning with a Business Valuation identifying key value drivers and recommending what to focus on to increase value. When ready we prepare the marketing packages and market the business confidentially to a wide audience to secure the best buyers. We prepare the offers and advise both buyer and seller. Following acceptance of an offer we assist with due diligence and with preparation of the closing documents providing advice and guidance to the accountants and lawyers working on the transaction. We assist the purchaser to arrange financing for the purchase. We also ensure an appropriate training and transition program to ensure success of the purchaser.
We do this across a range of businesses from small market owner-operated businesses to larger acquisitions in the mid-market.
What Does it Take? We work constructively with a wide range of people, often through emotional times, we are proactive with high integrity, we have strong financial skills and an ability to discern the health of a business, we help people and are practical problem solvers, we quickly process through many pressing items.
