Melissa handles everything from onboarding new brokers across Canada to supporting their ongoing needs with training materials, documentation, and systems guidance. She is often the first point of contact for new team members and ensures they have the tools, resources, and structured support required to succeed in their role.
In the Ottawa office, she supports our team of brokers by coordinating marketing packages, blind profiles, listing materials, and financial documentation, while also maintaining seamless communication with head office, clients, and vendors. She works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs efficiently, from project coordination and technical troubleshooting to database management and internal communications.
Melissa’s ability to balance day-to-day operations with national-level support makes her an invaluable part of Sunbelt Canada. She blends strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and technical savvy to ensure our brokers and clients are supported with professionalism and care at every step.
Outside of Sunbelt, Melissa runs her own web + media design business, where she creates websites, brand assets, and marketing content for a diverse range of clients. She also provides thumbnail design, social media planning, and video editing for several reputable YouTube channels with large followings. Her passion for digital work is matched by her love of fishing, nature, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
