Our Comprehensive Business Brokerage Services
We guide business owners to prepare their businesses for sale to achieve maximum value, beginning with a business valuation identifying key value drivers and recommending what to focus on to increase value. When ready, we prepare the marketing packages and market the business confidentially to a wide audience to secure the best buyers.
We prepare the offers and advise both buyers and sellers. Following acceptance of an offer, we assist with due diligence and the preparation of closing documents, providing advice and guidance to the accountants and lawyers working on the transaction. We assist the purchaser in arranging financing for the purchase and ensure an appropriate training and transition program to ensure the purchaser’s success.
We do this across a range of businesses, from small owner-operated businesses to larger acquisitions in the mid-market.
